Bobby · IAA From the Grow Your Publishing group — hi.

You wrote the book. Let me run the BookTok.

I've spent 3+ years posting TikToks for indie authors — 4M+ posts across 700 books. Send me your manuscript and I'll put your scenes on TikTok for you, starting the same day.

The honest version

Writing the book was the part you wanted to do.

01

You finished the book. Then you found out marketing it is a full second job — one that doesn't use any of the skills that got you here.

02

The $300–$500 content pulls from regular agencies take weeks. Most authors making $100–$1K/mo can't afford to wait, let alone pay.

03

The algorithm shifts every quarter. You can't keep up — and you shouldn't have to.

Who's on the other side

I built this because 99% of the authors I meet can't afford what I used to charge.

I've been running TikTok for indie authors since 2022 — roughly 4–5 million posts across 700 books. In December 2023 I launched growyourpublishing.com so authors could track accounts and trending sounds themselves. It ran 16 months. It was clunky. It was expensive to keep alive.

The whole time I kept hitting the same wall: the authors making $100–$1,000/month — the 99% of the market — couldn't afford a $300–$500 content pull, couldn't wait weeks for delivery, and didn't know what sells on TikTok anyway.

So we built the thing I wish I could've handed them three years ago. Two tools inside it — Booketeer and MIRA — plus the same fleet and the same operators we use for our six-figure clients. You're hearing about them here before anywhere else.

The mechanism

Send the manuscript. We handle the rest.

Two tools do the heavy lifting — Booketeer reads your book, MIRA turns it into content — then our fleet posts it. Here's what each one does.

01
Booketeer · same day

Booketeer reads your book cover to cover.

Book + marketing = Booketeer. A reader-AI that ingests the whole manuscript and builds the index: scored scenes, character profiles, settings, selling angles. No hallucinations — it only knows your book, so it can't make things up.

02
MIRA · the engine

MIRA turns the index into content.

Marketing Indie Resource Accelerator — the plug-and-play marketing engine for your book. Scenes above threshold get scored on 11 emotion dimensions; only the ones that actually land on BookTok move forward. 0% hallucination — everything traces back to your prose.

Meet Booketeer book + marketeer

The reader‑AI that never hallucinates.

Drop your manuscript. Booketeer reads the whole thing — every chapter, every scene, every character. It doesn't know the internet. It only knows your book. That's the point.

Scenes, scored.

Every chapter broken into scoreable scenes — emotional beat, pacing, dialogue density. Used as the raw material for every post.

Characters, mapped.

Names, arcs, relationships, descriptions — indexed the way you'd index them if you had the time.

Selling angles, surfaced.

The tropes, hooks, and pressure points that would sell this book on BookTok — extracted, not invented.

…she had known the second the door closed. Not from the sound — from the silence after the sound, the way a room held its breath when the wrong person had just stepped into it.

"You weren't supposed to come back," she said, and hated how her voice shook around the word supposed.

He crossed the floor in three steps. Close enough that she could count the rain on his jacket. Close enough that she could have stopped him, if she'd wanted to. She didn't want to. That was the whole problem.

"I know," he said.

Meet MIRA marketing · indie · resource · accelerator

Your book's marketing engine.

MIRA takes Booketeer's index and turns it into TikTok-ready content — captions, hooks, scene cuts. Every output is traced back to a line you actually wrote. Zero hallucination. By design, not by policy.

11-emotion calibration.

Every scene scored on rage · thirst · laughter · dread · awe and six others — only high-signal scenes become posts.

Close-verbatim, always.

Captions pull from the manuscript. No paraphrase drift. If a line didn't come from your book, MIRA won't ship it.

Plug-and-play.

You don't touch it. You don't learn it. It runs inside DFY — Booketeer + MIRA finish same-day, first posts live day 1–2.

The tool stack

You won't need the other seven tabs.

Most authors are paying for six or seven tools a month that don't talk to each other. DFY folds Booketeer, MIRA, the fleet, and your KDP reporting into one account — with more on the way.

Honest scope. Amazon KDP reporting is fully inside DFY. Non-Amazon ecosystems (B&N, Kobo, Apple Books, Google Play) are on the roadmap — if you sell there today, you'll keep those tabs for now.

What we actually promise

We won't tell you your book will sell. Here's what will happen.

48-hour kickoff.

Booketeer and MIRA finish the day you pay. First posts go live on TikTok day 1 or 2. No two-week onboarding, no purgatory.

Your posts ride our reader-account rotation.

Clips slot into active BookTok reader accounts our team runs by hand — real humans, real followers who already want books like yours. Every post gets hashtags calibrated to what's converting right now, and CTAs that drive readers to Kindle Unlimited. Views, saves, comments, and KU page reads stack from week one.

Your Amazon rank will move.

Every book's market is different — we can't promise how high or for how long. But TikTok traffic bumps rank in KDP, and you'll see it move in your dashboard.

Questions we actually get asked

FAQ

We can't guarantee it. What we can tell you: MIRA has been calibrated across romance, dark romance, fantasy-romance, and enemies-to-lovers — if your book has emotional beats our system can score, it'll work the same way. If your book is genre-rare (experimental literary, non-fiction memoir), tell us at intake and we'll be honest with you before charging month 2.
We spin one up for you as part of setup. Flag it at intake and we'll handle the account creation, warming period, and handover.
Your scenes. Your voice. MIRA extracts close-verbatim from your manuscript — it doesn't invent. Every post is previewed before it goes live, and you can flag anything you don't want used.
You do. Always. We process it; we don't publish it anywhere except your TikTok account. Full terms are in the data-processing agreement at intake.
Booketeer = book + marketing. It's a reader-AI that ingests your full manuscript and builds the index — scored scenes, character profiles, settings, selling angles. Because it only knows your book, it can't hallucinate. MIRA = Marketing Indie Resource Accelerator. It takes Booketeer's index and turns it into content, scoring each scene on 11 emotion dimensions so only what actually lands on BookTok goes out. Both are internal to IAA — you're hearing about them here before they launch publicly.
Booketeer + MIRA finish the same day you pay — manuscript indexed, slides generated. First posts go live on TikTok day 1 or 2, right after Bobby reviews the first batch. Used to take 2–3 weeks end-to-end. Expect 2–3 more weeks before the TikTok algorithm settles around your account. Weekly Slack reports from there.
Yes. Anytime. Effective at the end of the current billing period. No clawback, no win-back calls.
Month 1 is $500 with content generation included as a welcome. From month 2 on, the $500 still covers the fleet (10 posts/day), and content generation is billed separately at $100–$200/month depending on cadence. We show you the next-month number before we charge it. No surprises.
Probably not. Dark romance, spicy, enemies-to-lovers, fantasy-romance — all in the calibration set. Experimental or non-fiction — talk to us first, we'd rather be honest than take a payment and miss.
No. If you found this page, you qualify to buy. Grow Your Publishing (the private Facebook group) is where I talk shop and share what's working — you're welcome but not required.
